grew up as a fat kid, no friends, low self esteem (lol bullshit), had no idea why i was fat, didn't like it, was still doing sports (tall for my age lol) like basketball, roller hockey, was still fat, then at age 14 discovered bodybuilding.com and was like OMG WHAT I EAT DETERMINES WHAT I WEIGH? started first diet, made meal plan, 2000 calories, followed it perfectly, at the same time hit a growth spurt. went from short little 12 or 13 year old at 180lb to 6' tall and 145lb.
obviously not a good look so started strength training, doing weights, confidence increased, if i could do it i thought anybody could, just didn't know HOW, even back then thought so. from there, got good grades, got into best school (dunno whether to drop harvrad here or not), left two years in to start a business, succeeded, did phenomenally well, the whole time still kept training, eating right, fitness stuff continued to be a passion.
over the years, had chance to help people, friends, people from gym, sharing what i learned and strategies i developed over fifteen years of doing this. gotten such good feedback, many times i heard them say 'i've tried so many programs, so many different diets, but none of it STUCK until i listened to you', etc etc, lol more bullshit. urging me not to keep it to myself, as i helped them i could help way more people, and the whole way through this was still my number one passion
